It was a beautifully decorated and modern hotel with helpful staff. Food in the rooftop bar was good! I had a nice stay.

Clean place with city views and consistently courteous staff. Awesome central location, right by the Staples center, restaurants and shops and the stores. A huge variety of food options relatively close to the venue.

The hotel room was modern and beautifully decorated. It had central heating, cable channels, and a writing desk. the hotel is centrally located, only a 10-15 minute walk from a fragrant herb garden.

The city view and well decorated and immaculate room. Comfy beds for a good sleep. Location not far from bars as well as restaurants and shops.

The breakfast at the rooftop is fantastic. the units are beautifully decorated with showers in the bathroom. the employees are extremely friendly. the location is great, very close to the Staples Center and many restaurants and bars.

Excellent location for Biz and sightseeing. The breakfast provided by the hotel is valuable and the taste is good enough. Other than that, if the guest wants to have some vegitable or meat like ham turkey, then he/she can easily buy them fro Ralfs (Supermarket) which locates on 9th proxy distance. Also to LA Live (Staples Center / Nokia Plaza) on 10 min walk from the hotel and behind the place, LA Convention Center can be found easily. I should recommend this hotel for potential guests who seek hotel with reasonable room charge.

As is seen on the pic, The building is old but maintained properly. Amenities are very much environment friendly ppolicy applied. The policy must be reviewed and hope to have some other view for guest friendly policy

Amazing location with easy access to popular restaurants, bars, Staples Center, ESPN Zone, and shopping spots. the staff here is top-notch! Plus, it's super close to a bunch of stores too. 🌟

The location was fantastic. I found this hotel after having to do late registration for a convention -- the convention's hotels were all booked already, so I stayed here. It allowed me to walk and save on cabs.

The building is a bit run down in certain areas, and the continental breakfast was a bit pathetic. Internet wasn't wireless in the rooms, so you had to hook into the awkwardly placed ethernet cord.

The team provided an excellent service.

The room here is beautifully decorated and modern, with a comfortable bathroom, in a prime location near all the downtown sights, a market, shops.

The location is great. It is less than a block away from the Muni Rail and very close to major bus routes. Breakfast was nice as well and included juice, coffee, bagel, margarine, jam, frozen eggs, toast, milk, waffles and some fresh fruits.

The heating wasn't good and the rooms were a bit cold and we had small cockroaches in our room.

This place offers stylish and well-designed rooms in a great location with easy access to transportation, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the rooftop breakfasts are a highlight.
